You will have access to the entire property, including the 40ft RV as the Bridal Suite and the 1971 Trailer as the Groom’s Suite.
What’s included:
- Pricing is for a 12-hour period
- All amenities and cleaning
- Available hours 9:00am-11:00pm
- Quiet time by 10:00pm
- Everyone out by 11:00pm
April Through September – Peak pricing $4,800-$5,800
Events on Fridays and Sundays are priced at $4,800, while Saturdays and holidays are $5,800. Additional hours can be added on Fridays and Sundays for $380 an hour.
Additional hours can be added on Saturdays and holidays for $460 an hour.
October Through March – Off-peak pricing $3,600-$4,200
Events on Fridays and Sundays are priced at $3,600, while Saturdays and holidays are $4,200. Additional hours can be added on Fridays and Sundays for $280 an hour.
Additional hours can be added on Saturdays and holidays for $330 an hour.
